§2. User Account

§3. Posting Classified Ads

• Users may publish ads complying with the law, decency, and actual state of offered products or services.

• The administrator may restrict materials of low technical quality, misleading nature, or infringing rights.

• The service may provide paid features such as ad promotion and featured listings.
• In the test environment, payments and paid features are simulated unless indicated otherwise.
• Upon launching live payments, detailed rules on billing, invoicing, and refunds will be presented before checkout.

§6. Complaints and Support

• Complaints regarding service functionality can be submitted via the contact form on the website.
• The submission should contain issue description, account/ad identifier, and a contact email.
• Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receiving complete information.
